Working Together

I believe in creating win-win scenarios and in doing business with integrity, transparency, accountability, and respect. These policies exist to protect both of us and ensure we're aligned while working together.

Your Information

I respect your privacy. Here's what you need to know:

What I collect:

Name, email address, and phone number (eg: when you register for workshops, book sessions, or subscribe to my email list)
Payment information (processed securely through my payment processor - I never see or store your credit card details)
Session recordings & notes (if you're a client - stored securely and never shared outside the group)

How I use it:

To communicate with you about workshops, sessions, and programs
To send booking confirmations, receipts, and session follow-ups
To occasionally send helpful content, updates, or offers (you can unsubscribe anytime)

What I don't do:

Sell your information to third parties
Share your details with anyone (except payment processors for transactions)
Send spam or excessive emails

Your rights:

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails anytime (link at the bottom of every email)
You can request I delete your information by emailing marc@marcaudy.com
You can ask what information I have about you

Cookies: This website uses basic cookies to improve your experience and track website analytics. No personal information is collected through cookies.

Booking & Payment

Payment:

Full payment is due before or at the time of your session/program start date
Payment plans are available for select programs (discussed during consultation)
All payments are processed securely through encrypted payment processing
Payment plan agreements are binding once accepted

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

For Single Sessions:

Cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours advance notice - no charge, session can be rescheduled
Cancel with less than 24 hours advance notice - you forfeit the session fee
No-shows forfeit the full session fee
Life happens - if you have an emergency, reach out and we'll work something out

For Multi-Week Programs (Core Clearing, Cleared for Weight Loss, etc.):

All program sales are final - no refunds under any circumstances
Once you enroll in a program, you are committing to the full investment
Sessions can be rescheduled within the program timeline with adequate notice
If you choose to discontinue the program, payment obligations remain in full
Payment plan commitments are binding regardless of program completion

Why no refunds on programs: When you enroll in a program, I reserve dedicated time and energy specifically for you. I turn away other clients to hold your spot. Your commitment to the program is as important as mine, which is why all program sales are final.

For Workshops:

Workshop registrations are non-refundable
If you cannot attend, you may transfer your registration to another person with advance notice

My Cancellation Policy: If I need to cancel or reschedule for any reason, I'll give you as much notice as possible and we'll find a new time that works for both of us. If I'm unable to deliver the service, you'll receive a full refund.

Session Policies

What to Expect

Before Your Session:

You'll receive a confirmation email with your Zoom link (all sessions are conducted remotely)
Sessions start on time - please join promptly
Make sure you're in a quiet, private space where you can focus

During Your Session:

Sessions are confidential - any shared details are anonymized
I may take recordings and notes for reference (stored securely, never shared outside the group)
You're encouraged to ask questions and participate actively

After Your Session:

You may experience shifts immediately or over the following days/weeks
Some people feel lighter right away; others notice changes gradually
I'm available via email if you have questions or concerns post-session

Remote Sessions:

All sessions are conducted via Zoom
You don't need to be on camera (though it's helpful for engagement)
Sessions are typically recorded for historical and research purposes

Rescheduling:

Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours advance notice
Multiple last-minute reschedules may result in forfeiture of session
Program sessions should ideally be completed within the program timeline

Results & Guarantees

What I Promise

I'm committed to providing high-quality channeling and clearing work and will work with integrity and precision.

For The Core Clearing Program: If you complete all 12 sessions and don't experience measurable shifts in your energetic assessments and real-world results, I'll continue working with you until you do—at no additional cost.

This guarantee requires:

Completion of all scheduled sessions
Active participation and engagement
Honest communication about your experience
Attendance at sessions (not multiple reschedules or no-shows)

What I Can't Promise:

I can't guarantee specific outcomes or timelines. Every person's experience is unique, and results depend on many factors including:

The depth and complexity of your subconscious blocks and soul plan
Your openness to the process
Your willingness to integrate the shifts
Other factors in your life and environment

Subconscious clearing is not a substitute for medical or mental health treatment. If you're experiencing serious physical or mental health issues, please work with qualified healthcare professionals.

Not Medical or Mental Health Advice

The services I provide are for educational and spiritual purposes only. I am not a licensed physician, psychologist, or mental health professional.

This work is not a substitute for:

This work complements other modalities: You can (and should) continue working with your doctor, therapist, coach(es), or other healthcare providers while doing this work. In fact, clearing subconscious blocks often makes other treatments more effective.

Confidentiality

Your Privacy Matters

Everything we discuss in sessions is confidential. I will not share:

Your name or identifying information
Attributed details about your sessions
Personal information you share with me

Exceptions: I may share anonymized client stories or results (with all identifying details removed) for educational or marketing purposes. If I ever want to share your specific story with attribution, I'll ask for your explicit permission first.

Intellectual Property

Workshop & Program Materials

All content I create—including workshop materials, program content, session recordings, written materials, and methodologies—is my intellectual property.

You may:

Use materials provided to you for your personal growth and transformation
Reference concepts you learn in conversations with others

You may not:

Sell my materials
Teach my methodologies or frameworks without permission
Copy or reproduce my content for commercial use

Conduct & Boundaries

Mutual Respect

I'm committed to treating you with respect, and I expect the same in return.

I will:

Show up on time and prepared
Honor our agreements
Communicate clearly and honestly
Respect your boundaries and pace

I ask that you:

Communicate respectfully (no verbal abuse or harassment)
Honor scheduled session times
Be honest about your experience and progress
Respect my time and boundaries

If at any point our working relationship isn't a good fit, either of us can end it with honest communication. However, ending the relationship early does not entitle you to a refund for program fees already paid.

Liability

Assumption of Risk

By booking a session or program with me, you acknowledge that:

You're participating voluntarily
You understand this work addresses subconscious patterns and energy
You're responsible for your own choices and actions
Results vary and are not guaranteed
All program sales are final with no refunds

I'm not liable for:

Decisions you make based on our work together
Outcomes or consequences of your choices
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Payment Plan Terms

For Programs with Payment Plans

If you choose a payment plan option:

All scheduled payments are binding and non-refundable
Missed payments may result in suspension of services until payment is current
Access to program benefits (sessions, community, materials) may be revoked for non-payment
Failure to complete payment plan may result in collections or legal action
Completion of payment plan is required regardless of program participation

Payment plans are a convenience, not a trial period. You are committing to the full program investment.

Update to Policies

I may update these policies from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated date noted below.

If I make significant changes that affect existing clients or program participants, I'll notify you via email.
